Path - Puzzle
About Path - Puzzle
Path - Puzzle is a logic game where you rotate tiles on a grid to connect a start point to an end point. Each tile contains a segment of track, and clicking or tapping a tile rotates it 90 degrees. Once every tile is aligned into one continuous route, a ball automatically rolls from the start to the finish. The solution always exists, but finding it requires careful spatial reasoning as the grid grows larger and more complex.
The challenge comes from dealing with tiles that have multiple branches, dead ends, and fixed pieces that cannot rotate. Early levels introduce simple straight and corner tracks; later stages add cross intersections, switches, and tiles that must be used in a specific order. The main decision is always which tile to rotate next, since every rotation affects the connections on all four sides. A single misplaced turn can block the entire path, forcing you to backtrack and reassess the whole board.
Tips to win
- Work backwards from the exit as well as forwards from the start; meeting in the middle reveals forced tiles.
- Rotate a tile only when you are certain of its correct orientation, otherwise you may disturb other connections.
- Pay attention to tiles with only one possible exit: they often dictate the direction of neighboring tiles.
