Using CKGamez means you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service

CKGamez provides free browser games, including our own titles and games licensed from third-party developers and distributors. Games, availability and features can change or be removed at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Pick a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone — names appear on public leaderboards. We may remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to manipulate scores, or attack the site.

Fair play

Automated play, score tampering and exploiting bugs for leaderboard positions aren't allowed. Found a bug? Report it via the contact page — we genuinely appreciate it.

Content ownership

Third-party games remain the property of their developers and are provided under license from official distribution partners. Our own games, text and branding belong to CKGamez. Don't scrape or republish our written content.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
