Audience declaration

CKGamez is a general-audience website designed for and marketed to adults. Our content — daily word puzzles, logic games, card and board games — is selected for players aged 18 and over, and our typical player is an adult between 30 and 55. CKGamez is not directed at children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506) and the FTC's COPPA Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 312).

Children's personal information

We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13. Account registration requires an email address and is intended for adults; we do not ask for age, date of birth or any information whose purpose is to identify children. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or otherwise provided personal information, we will delete the account and associated data promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information can contact us via the contact page and we will remove it.

Advertising practices

Advertising on CKGamez is served on a general-audience basis. We do not permit ad placements that target children, and we do not pass any data flagging users as children to advertising partners — because we do not collect such data. Should any individual page or game on this site ever be classified as child-directed, we will tag that content for contextual, non-personalized advertising only, in line with COPPA's requirements and our ad partners' child-directed content policies (including Google's “tag for child-directed treatment” mechanisms).

Third-party games

Games in our catalog are licensed from distribution partners and may contain their own advertising delivered under those partners' certified compliance programs. We curate our catalog for an adult audience and exclude titles that are directed at children under 13.

Parental rights

Under COPPA, parents and guardians have the right to review any personal information collected from their child, request its deletion, and refuse further collection. As stated above, we do not knowingly hold such data — but any parental request receives priority handling: contact us and we will confirm deletion within 72 hours.
