Bear Go Home
About Bear Go Home
Bear Go Home is a path-planning puzzle in which the player guides a bear to its den by selecting a sequence of adjacent tiles on a grid. Each level shows a start point, a home tile, and a field of passable and blocked spaces. The player clicks or taps a neighboring square to move the bear one step; the move is accepted only if the square is not blocked. There is no time limit, but once a move is made it cannot be undone within the attempt—a dead end means restarting the level. Early grids teach the basics. Later levels grow larger and pack obstacles into tight corridors, forcing multi-step planning and careful path selection. Restarts are instant and moves permanent, so deliberate play replaces speed. The core is logic: observe, plot, execute without straying from safe tiles.
Tips to win
- Before moving, trace the entire route visually from start to home; look for dead ends and forced detours.
- If a path looks clear but fails, work backwards from the home tile to find where the connection breaks.
- Avoid rushing: since moves cannot be undone, one wrong step forces a full reset, so pause and re-check the path before each click.
