About Crossmath Challenge

In Crossmath Challenge, you drag number tiles onto a crossword-like grid to complete valid math equations. Each row and column contains an arithmetic expression with operators already in place; your task is to fill the empty cells with numbers so that every equation is correct. The numbers come from a limited set of tiles shown below the grid, and you can move them around until the entire board checks out.

The puzzle's difficulty comes from overlapping constraints: each number you place affects two equations at once, so a seemingly good choice in one direction can break the other. As grids grow larger and the number tile pool gets tighter, you must plan several steps ahead. The game rewards logical deduction over arithmetic speed, but the rapid drag-and-drop interface keeps sessions short and snappy.

Tips to win

  • Start with rows or columns that have only one empty cell; they are forced.
  • For equations with division, look for numbers that divide evenly into the result.
  • When stuck, focus on the intersection cells: they must satisfy both a row and a column, so try numbers that appear in both possible solutions.
