Scary Math is a timed arithmetic quiz wrapped in a horror theme. Each round presents a math problem—addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division—along with a set of possible answers. Select the correct answer before the time bar empties. A correct answer moves you to the next problem and adds a little time; an incorrect answer or running out of time costs a life. The game ends when all lives are lost.

The challenge comes from the accelerating pace and the creeping complexity of the problems. Early rounds use single-digit operations, but soon you are juggling larger numbers and mixed operators. The tension is amplified by the monster-filled backdrop, but the real test is keeping your arithmetic sharp under pressure. Speed matters, but accuracy is unforgiving—one careless click can end a streak.
