Royal Defense is a tower defense game where the player builds a line of defensive structures along a road to stop waves of enemies from reaching the end. Each kill grants gold, which is spent to place new towers or upgrade existing ones. Towers come in several types: archers, mages, artillery, and barracks that deploy blocking troops. Heroes can be summoned to fight alongside the defenses, and spells provide temporary effects when timed well.

The challenge lies in choosing where to place towers and how to allocate limited resources. Enemies grow stronger and more varied each wave, forcing constant adaptation. Upgrading a tower at the right moment can stop a breakthrough, while over-investing in one spot leaves other lanes exposed. Victories award stars that unlock permanent upgrades, making later levels easier but still demanding thoughtful placement and spell usage.

Tips to win

• Focus upgrades on a few towers covering choke points rather than spreading gold thinly across many weaker towers.
• Use barracks or slowing effects near the start of the path to bunch enemies together, making area attacks from mages or artillery more effective.
• Keep some gold in reserve for spells or emergency tower placement when a single strong enemy breaks through.
