About Golf Orbit
In Golf Orbit, you play golf with a power meter instead of a traditional swing. Click or tap to start the meter, then click or tap again to stop it and set the power of your shot. The ball launches and travels with physics, bouncing off obstacles and terrain. Your goal is to get the ball into the hole on each course using as few strokes as possible.
The difficulty lies in timing the meter exactly. Too little power and the ball falls short; too much and it may overshoot or rebound unpredictably. Courses feature quirky obstacles like ramps and moving blockers, demanding careful planning. As you progress, holes become more complex, and you can earn rewards to customize your golfer's look, adding a light progression element.
Tips to win
- Note where the meter is when you stop it: a small adjustment can mean the difference between a clean shot and a wild bounce.
- Use the course layout to your advantage; sometimes a well-placed rebound can get you closer to the hole than a direct shot.
- Don't rush. Take a moment to watch the meter's speed and pattern before committing to a swing.
