About Dark War

You control an exorcist fighting through city streets overrun by demons. Move your character from a top-down view and attack with three weapon types: a sword for close-range melee, a gun for ranged damage, and magic for area effects or special attacks. Press a key to switch between them at any time. Each weapon has strengths against certain enemies, so you must choose the right tool for each fight.

The challenge comes from managing weapon cooldowns and positioning. Bosses have distinct attack patterns that require dodging and timing your strikes. As you defeat enemies, you gain experience to level up, improving your stats and unlocking new abilities. The game escalates by introducing faster, tougher demons that force you to combine weapons strategically. A single mistimed switch or failed dodge can end your run, so adaptability is essential.

Tips to win

• Switch to the sword for fast melee enemies, use the gun to pick off distant threats, and save magic for groups or armored foes.
• Watch for boss wind-up animations: dodge just before the attack lands to avoid damage and create an opening.
• Level up evenly across health and damage, but prioritize one weapon type you use most often to make it more effective.
