In Doctor Teeth 2, the player acts as a dentist handling a queue of patients with odd dental issues. Each level shows a mouth with problems like cavities, plaque, or chipped teeth. The player selects the appropriate tool from a tray—drill, scraper, polisher—and uses mouse clicks and movements to fix each issue. A timer runs during the appointment, and the player must finish before time expires. The result is rated with up to three stars based on speed and accuracy.

The challenge grows as cases become more complex. Patients may have multiple problems needing different tools, requiring quick switches without errors. Mistakes can hurt the patient and lower the score. Later levels introduce trickier tooth arrangements and tighter time limits, making precision and calm under pressure essential for perfect appointments.

• Prioritise the most severe issues first, as they may take longer or cause more damage if delayed.
• Memorise the tool positions so you can switch quickly without losing time.
• Aim for the center of the problem area to avoid accidental damage to healthy teeth, which reduces your score.
