Brick Out Candy is a candy-themed brick-breaking arcade game. The player moves a paddle at the bottom of the screen left and right to keep a bouncing ball in play. The ball rebounds off the paddle, walls, and a grid of candy bricks; each brick hit disappears. The goal is to clear all bricks to advance. If the ball falls past the paddle, a life is lost and the ball relaunches.
Difficulty increases with more complex brick layouts and faster ball speeds. Some destroyed bricks release power-ups that fall toward the paddle; catching them provides temporary advantages like a larger paddle or extra balls. The main tension is deciding whether to move out of position to grab a power-up or stay put to keep the ball safe. Later levels demand precise aiming to reach bricks in corners while preventing the ball from escaping.

- Aim for the corners or edges of brick formations to create angles that clear multiple bricks with one bounce.
- Prioritize catching power-ups that keep the ball safe, like a wider paddle or an extra ball, over purely offensive boosts.
- Keep your paddle near the centre when not chasing a power-up; it gives you the shortest reaction time to reach either side.
