Poly Art
About Poly Art
Poly Art is a puzzle where you reconstruct an image from polygonal fragments. You see a blank canvas with a muted outline and a tray of pieces. Click a fragment to select it, then click a spot on the canvas to place it. If the location is correct, the piece locks into place; if not, it returns to the tray. Correct placements gradually fill in the picture, revealing a low-poly artwork of an animal, plant, or other subject.
The challenge comes from matching shapes and colours against the reference outline, especially as puzzles grow more detailed and the fragments become smaller and more numerous. The pace is calm and methodical, rewarding careful observation and steady progress rather than speed. It suits players who enjoy jigsaw-style puzzles but prefer a cleaner, more abstract presentation.
Tips to win
- Start with edge pieces or large colour blocks to establish the frame and key areas.
- Study the ghost outline and the reference image to predict where each fragment belongs.
- Work in small sections, focusing on one colour or feature before moving on.
