King Rugni Tower Defense
About King Rugni Tower Defense
Each wave sends monsters along a set path toward your base. You place towers beside the path, and they attack automatically when enemies come in range. If too many monsters get through, you lose a life; lose all lives and the run ends. Your main job is deciding which towers to build, where to place them, and when to upgrade instead of buying another tower.
The interesting part is the constant tension between economy and defense. Towers cost gold earned from kills, so spending too much early leaves you unable to react to the next wave's composition. Some enemies are fast, some are armored, some fly — no single tower handles everything well. You need to read the wave preview and adapt, selling or repositioning towers when a layout stops working.
Difficulty comes from wave variety and map layout. Later waves mix enemy types and send larger groups, forcing you to cover multiple lanes or build layered defenses. The real challenge is not just surviving one wave, but building an economy strong enough to survive the ones after it.
Tips to win
- Build near path corners so towers cover two stretches of road
- Upgrade a few strong towers before buying many weak ones
- Check the next wave's enemy types and build counters before it arrives
