About Geom-etrys

Geom-etrys is a falling-block puzzle game. A series of geometric shapes made of square blocks descends from the top of the playfield. You rotate and slide each shape as it falls, aiming to form complete horizontal lines. When a line is filled, it disappears, and the blocks above drop down. If the stack of blocks reaches the top of the screen, the game ends. As you clear lines, the pace increases, with shapes falling faster and less time to think.

The challenge lies in managing the ever-growing stack while planning for the next shape. Smart placement creates flat surfaces that accept many different shapes, while careless moves leave gaps that become hard to fill. Clearing multiple lines at once triggers a chain reaction that can rescue a desperate situation, but relying on it is risky. Each shape is simple, yet the combinations quickly become intricate.

Tips to win

• Always glance at the next shape indicator and plan its placement while the current piece falls.
• Keep your stack as flat as possible; avoid creating deep wells that only one shape can fill.
• Don't chase single-line clears; aim for multiple lines at once to score more and buy breathing room.
