About FormWise

FormWise is a shape-identification arcade puzzle. A target shape appears at the top of the screen, and you must click the matching shape from a grid of options below. Shapes include common ones like circles, squares, and hearts, as well as less familiar ones like rhombuses and other polygons. Each correct selection scores points; an incorrect selection resets your streak or adds a time penalty, depending on the mode. A separate learning section lets you view each shape with its name, so you can study before playing.

The game tests your ability to recognize shapes quickly. As the pace increases, the grid becomes more crowded and the target shape changes faster, forcing you to distinguish between similar-looking shapes at a glance. The learning section helps build familiarity, but in the timed arcade rounds, hesitation costs you. Success depends on knowing the defining features of each shape and trusting your visual instincts.

Tips to win

• Learn the distinguishing features of less common shapes (e.g., a rhombus has four equal sides with slanted angles, a heart has two curved lobes).
• Prioritize accuracy over speed early on; a wrong click is more costly than a brief pause.
• Use the learning section to drill yourself on shapes you find confusing before attempting a high score.
