You can upgrade your dispatch center to handle more units or respond faster, but each upgrade costs resources earned from successful responses.

Tips to win

• Prioritize life-threatening calls like heart attacks or fires over minor incidents; some calls can wait a few seconds.
• Keep an eye on unit availability; if all fire trucks are out, a fire call must wait unless you can recall one early.
• Invest in upgrades that increase unit count or reduce response time early, as they pay off in later levels with heavier call volumes.
