Dungeon Master - Cult & Craft
About Dungeon Master - Cult & Craft
You run a dungeon. Stickmen appear, and your goal is to transform them into loyal followers. Each follower can be assigned to tasks: mining resources, expanding your underground domain, or performing rituals to strengthen your cult. Resources are spent on new rooms and upgrades, which unlock more efficient ways to convert stickmen and gather wealth.
The game is about balancing those activities: convert too many stickmen too quickly and you lack workers for mining; focus only on expansion and your cult stalls. As your dungeon grows, the layout becomes a puzzle in itself—placing rooms optimally to minimize travel time and maximize output. The difficulty rises as costs increase and stickmen arrive faster, forcing you to plan ahead rather than react.
Tips to win
- Prioritize resource extraction early; a steady flow of materials funds later expansion.
- Balance follower conversion with workforce needs—converting too many stickmen at once can starve your mines.
- Plan room placement carefully; shorter paths between resources and storage mean faster production.
