About Cut the Rope Experiments

Cut ropes, activate gadgets, and guide a piece of candy into Om Nom's waiting mouth. Each level presents a physics puzzle where the candy is suspended by ropes, and you must sever the right ones in the right order to make it swing, bounce, and roll to the goal. Along the way, you can collect three stars for a perfect score.

The challenge comes from timing and sequencing: cutting too early or too late sends the candy off course, and later levels introduce new elements like suction cups that stick to surfaces, rockets that propel the candy, and moving platforms that require precise placement. The Professor's commentary adds a light narrative, but the core is pure physics puzzling.

Tips to win

• Before cutting, trace the path the candy will take. One wrong cut can ruin the run.
• Use momentum: sometimes you want to cut a rope while the candy is swinging to fling it forward.
• Collect stars only after ensuring the candy reaches Om Nom; you can always replay for a better score.
